He continues to inspire the Gretsa University staff. Recently, he held a team building workshop where he offered the following insights in his introduction ‘Enhancing Corporate performance at Gretsa University’.
Managers, irrespective of the type and size of their organizations, are expected to judiciously combine human, financial, material and non-material resources in order to achieve pre-determined goals.
These resources are normally scarce to needs and wants.
Innovative leaders and managers must therefore be concerned with both efficiency and effectiveness in the utilization of the limited resources.
Gretsa University is Proud to have him spearhead the Governing Council.
