Programmes in this School aim at developing professionals who can initiate sustainable social development in the community through formal and informal education. This School aims at training and developing professionals who are well equipped in seeking solutions to the diverse social challenges in the specialized fields of Education, Counselling Psychology, Social Work and Community Development.
Our School of Education, Humanities and Social Sciences goal is to improve human understanding through innovative programmes and activities that emphasize the creative use and integration of human effort and technology. This is done through the integration of theory, research and practice.

Bachelor of Education (Arts) in any (2) two of the following subjects: English, Literature in English, Kiswahili, Philosophy and Religious Studies, History, Geography, Mathematics, Business Studies.
KCSE Aggregate C+ (plus) or equivalent with at least C+ (plus) in two teaching subjects

Diploma in Education
Note: Credit transfers granted shall not exceed 49% of the applicable degree programme
Full-time: tuition fee @ Kshs.50,000
8 trimesters plus teaching practice (in 3 calendar years)
Bachelor of Arts in Community Development
KCSE -Aggregate mean grade of C+ (plus) Or
KACE or equivalent- 2 Principal Passes and one Subsidiary at A-level
