Factors Affecting The Growth Of Retail Banking In Kenya

In the past, quite a number of countries have experienced financial distress of varying degrees of severity. According to scholars, full-blown bank crises are associated more with external development, and domestic variables are the main leading indicators of severe but contained banking distress. In addition, the most obvious indicator that can be used to predict banking crises are those that relate directly to the soundness of the banking system. This proposal will attempt this is no longer a proposal; it`s a thesis since the research is already done. Ensure that you change the tense from the future to the past to analyze the factors that affect the choice of customer in picking retail banks, and most of all the factors affecting growth of retails banking in Kenya as a whole. The outline of the factors will also help craft out some solutions. This research therefore intends to bring out these factors, and some extent proposes solutions on how to correct them and in the long run make the retail banking easier. The research design to be employed in this study will be descriptive research design in the form of case study. The major purpose of descriptive research design is to describe the state of affairs as it at present.
